Examination Rules
Students absent from an examination for any reason will not be re-examined. Those absent from an examination without a grave reason will not be exempted. Absence from the whole examination involves a total loss of marks / grades. Absence from one or more subjects involves the loss of
marks / grades for those subjects only. Any breach of the regulations for the conduct of the examinations, is punishable with expulsion from the examination room and if discovered subsequently, with cancellation of the paper. In serious cases the student may be expelled from school or made to repeat the class. A student found copying or helping others to copy or using unfair means, will not be marked that particular subject.
Application for the verification of marks in special cases will be considered at the discretion of the Principal.
Promotion refused will not be reconsidered.
A student may be advised to leave the school, particularly if his / her conduct and discipline have not been satisfactory or if he / she fails in the same class twice.
A student failing to be promoted shall thereby forfeit any concession in fee, for the ensuing year.
The minimum pass percentage of 50% in every subject is required to qualify for promotion. The Principal reserves the right to detain a student in the same class.
